Simply put, how many times has the arcade cabinet for IIDX been updated and when?
I never bothered to notice the changes before because it seems they were very subtle in comparison to DDR or GuitarFreaks/Drummania. But then I realized that with the release of tricoro Konami made a new cabinet. It looks almost exactly like the previous ones except the eAmuse readers are built into the dashboard instead of bolted to each side. There might be other changes but that's the one that brought the existence of an updated cabinet to my attention.
Then I recalled hearing about how the machines went from CRT to plasma (?) to LCD displays but I don't know if those were just retrofits or part of larger revisions. What I want to know is when and in what order did these changes take place?
