no, theme use is not the deal breaker not using cut or little is, but as explained it can be purchased and me forgot this is the same as the last one. so I seriously don't know.

They both have 5th Mix scoring available so it does not matter.

Thanks. Sign ups end 1/7/13. To be clear, they end at 12:00 AM (HAST) or 10:00 AM (UTC/GMT) that day. This gives everyone a chance to sign up. I will then post the first round at later that day.

Points, Stars, and the store will still be featured in this years tournament. I've removed Zones and Trophies/Achievments. This does not effect it at all.
