Yu-Gi-Oh!

Geez my brain almost exploded when I found out about Pendulum Summons. Looks interesting but I think I'll stick to the traditional deck I have for now. I'm more hyped about the cards coming from Waking the Dragons. ^^

This might be an insane bump but...

I am actually a very competitive player myself.
I happen to play Tellarknights and have knowledge of Burning Abyss (Dante is my Avatar), Qliphorts and Shadolls. This is pretty much the metagame right now. Other decks within the scene right now are Infernoids, Some ridiculous volcanics (which might I add went undefeated at Yu-Gi-Oh! Championship Series Charelston, SC) and the upcoming Nekroz deck.

Does anyone here still happen to play?

man its been a while since I've played. haven't updated YGOPro/DevPro in quite a while.

I pretty much gave up when I heard about pendulum summons. My buddies in my hip hop class play Yu-Gi-Oh! on the daily. I doubt I could beat them now.

I'm still surprised at how this happened, haha.

I mostly play in real life, though I only play rogue or fun decks, sometimes topping at locals. I'm not really interested on play the current top decks save for Nekroz, but getting the cards for that deck here is quite expensive... and I don't have that much money to burn

It's good in the metagame. I've tested it and wins about like 9 out of 10 games, my only losses being to when I just draw pendulum scales of the same number, forcing me to normal qliphorts. As long as I have the tool, and it doesn't get mst'd. I'm in the game. Killer Skill drain is also too op with this deck. Love both Skill Drain and the deck

Just play Chain Burn like I do and beat the meta game...
You have to pilot like a beast though and know everything.

Chain Burn is not bad in any format. I like the deck, but simply don't wish to ruin every other player's day. Also, too many people already play trap stun and other stuff so...

Also, I'm building Evoltiles/Evolsaurs on the side. Gonna be fun!

Vanity's Emptiness wasn't that much of a surprise for me. I used to run it a lot in my anti-samurai deck.

It was a good list, Redox being banned hurts me a bit though.

Having 2 less Vanity for my Yosenju deck is not much of a problem as those spaces will be filled by Lose A Turn, however Redox for my other decks is kinda hard to replace...

Anti-Meta Six Sam of course. Those decks are just evil. When I got around to making my own build, I usually had a 50/50 shot at winning.

Sounds cool. SixSam was my second ever competitive deck for me. Also, Legendary Shi En went to 2. My opinion on the list was with all these banned cards coming back, a bunch of erratum follows it.

As that has been a deck for a while now. It was decent at Nationals and then just fell off. I played a regional with it, and did okay.

As in, what deck do I play? Currently I'm maining Yosenju, have had success with it IRL.
I have a bunch of other rogue (Geargia, Gadget, Worm) and fun (Skull Servant, Karakuri, Ghostrick, Psychic) decks too, but I rarely bring them to tournaments unless its a small local one
