Would slightly speeding-up tracks be allowed in SM Accomplishments?

I know this seems like a stupid question. But I thought of a way to try to improve both finger speed and stamina without having to modify the music rate. Am I the only one here who thinks that some of the master recordings on DDR are "too slow"? (i.e. 205BPM is the new 200 kind of thing) And I don't mean stepchart-wise necessarily, but musically. Here is a screenshot of what i'm trying to say. Pay very close attention to the BPM and Song Time.

I seriously don't know why KONAMI is so bent on capping or rounding BPMs down (why all the BPMs ending in "zero"?) Sometimes songs sound "better" when they're slightly faster than what KONAMI has capped them to (especially some of the song recordings in DDR 2010).

This would also benefit from playing on the pad as well because the streams and steps are slightly faster overall, which in turn prepares for some of the harder songs to be played. Sometimes x1.1 Music Rate can be a huge jump in speed, so i've done a more subtle 4-5% increase and modified the audio & SM files myself so the faster speed would benefit at EVERY SPEED, from x0.3 to x2.0.

The weirdest part is that for example, this 415BPM New Decade to me sounds like the EXACT SAME SPEED as at 400. I can't really tell a difference. Basically it sounds like "the new normal" to me.

My question is would submitting screenshots of faster tracks be allowed, or would they be regarded as "phony" and fake? Or should they be treated like every other screenshot? Yes, I squished select songs from all the DDR games into one folder, in case you were wondering.

I don't see a problem with this, so long as you state that it's been sped up I guess.
