Not only GTA San Andreas, IV or EFLC or even NFS SHIFT can do that.

What TrackMania game are you talking about? Is it TrackMania Nations?

All of them (including TM2 Canyon) Basically you can add any song you want into a track you build, so it plays off when other people are driving it
If you want to replace the default race songs with your own songs, it can be done by editing internal gamedata files (works to an extent with TrackMania Forever)
EDIT: Note that TM Wii doesn't support custom music.

I got it. Beacuse I'm already growing tired of listening to the default in-game musics.

Yeah, most players tend to tone down the music in-game and listen to a music player instead.

Sims 2
Tekken Tag 2
And yes, listening to a music player also works.

There are many games that allow you to play using your own music.
I modded a game called Bump N' Jump, and made HEEEYAAYAAYAYA play, then also Half-Life has lots of tracks and sounds that you can easily swap for another song. There are many source games that you can modify with OpenGCF (I beleive it is called) and inject other MP3's and such into it. For example Team Fortress 2 has thousands of mods that change how the game looks and sounds.
Look at some rythm games like OSU, and Synthesia, and Frets On Fire, those are some popular ones.

World of Warcraft, if you have the WoW Matrix program you can download music off of their site. I've played WoW while listening to Sonic 1 music and I think I saw TLoZ on there as well. lol going around Azeroth and listening to Hyrule lol.

APB Reloaded allows you to put your own music, but no one else will hear it.
