Today I decided to make a pad SM setup. I hooked up my cobalt flux to my pc via a ps2 to usb converter and SM recognized the pad as a PS3 controller. I assumed it was working until I tried binding the controllers buttons. As soon as I hit a button to bind it was instantly filled in without me pressing anything. This struck me as odd so I went to the input test screen and saw this.
You can't really tell from the screenshot, but I think around four buttons were constantly being held down while another few flickered on and off extremely fast. The pad works fine with DDR II so I have no clue whats going on here.
Pad: Cobalt Flux
Converter: Pelican PS2 to PS3 Adapter (PL-6338)
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, using xpadder I was able to bind all the arrows. There's still one problem though, when I hold down an arrow it doesn't stay held but instead seems to "flicker" on and off. Pretty much makes comboing impossible.

I tried binding to a few different keys but I still had that strange flickering arrow issue. Later I tried messing around with xpadder but I'm not exactly familiar with it.
Any ideas?

All I can say is get a new adapter or look for other binding tools. I haven't use my Pc in forever because its slow. If I find a another binding tool I will tell you. Till then, try Google.com
