so here have this silly global fallback theme I made some time ago for OpenITG, also works for SM 3.95 if I remember well.

ps: please stop forcing/telling people to use broken themes to just play simfile edits, make a global fallback theme like this instead please.

nah not that kind off fallback, you fallback this to the theme you want to use and that theme fallbacks to the _fallback theme, in other words, you can just select this theme in game to use, and just edit the line FallbackTheme= to w/e you want.
like for example if I want to play windeu files on lightnings ITG3 theme I just change FallbackTheme=itg3 and then select the windeu theme and I can play windeu files on lightnings ITG3 theme without editing the ITG3 theme and adding a load of metrics and lua scripting, and windeu theme also has support for all windeu versions out there so ya
