DDR Songs that other people like but you

I do like A.

I just don't like that the first part is slow.

I like more "AA". They used to play "A" all the time and now I just can't stand it lol

AA has one of the best Double charts EVER.

A, S- is one of the best warm-up charts, IMO. That and B4U S-.

And I like how A sounds more like "natural" music over AA sounding more electronic. However, I do enjoy AA's piano segments. I really enjoy the sound of piano solos.

I normally love TAG's songs (except The Island Song which the majority of people seem to dislike), but not this one.

jun's voice just doesn't seem to work as well in the song as Alison's does.

As much as A is so ridiculously overplayed over here, I still can't bring myself to hate it. It is a nice song after all. However, between Love Shine, Holic, Daikenkai and DoLL... euggh. I hear those 4 songs way too many goddamned times.

It takes awhile to build up the "dizzy tolerance" factor, but yes, they really are wicked fun to execute!! One slight alternative, which still requires a lesser degree of spinning, is to start off each of those twisty sets with a crossed-over step.

Some of the alternative sequences take some quick improv, but they're doable like that, too. All I have to double-step is the ending, really.

You can do it in the opposite order too, and it still looks kickin', but this faces you forward for the next part. Works on the reversals, as well!


IF YOU WERE HERE (L.E.D.-G STYLE REMIX) is actually fun for streaming action, and parts of it remind me of a reimagined B4-ZA BEAT MIX... remember the 7-step streams in that? It's just like that, but with the jackhammers timed at 3/16s, and kind of streamed together as a result. I still like the OG, but I do find this one to be funner.

AFRONOVA-A-EotC... yeah, we've all been there awhile. It'll die for a bit and you'll find yourself liking them again. In the meantime, start a trend with some obscure songs like ON THE JAZZ, Midnite Blaze, old-school PARANOiA (speaking of fun and dizzy!), etc...

It pains me to think there may come a day where 888, roppongi EVOLVED, or POSSESSION would suffer from this problem!

A (Single ) will NEVER stop being outrageously fun to me. How has that song not been revivified in home versions since EXTREME/Ultramix 2?! But then there's MEI!

Okay, so I play MEI on too. I don't think I've ever seen a player play it successfully on outside of YouTube.

I really, REALLY like EternuS, both musically and stepchart wise. But I do think that it's overrated. (not just on DDR but ITG Rebirth as well) It's the easiest swing-beat song to Perfect Attack.
