So I've been receiving constant spam recently and since Yahoo has email address blocking I took advantage of doing it. Unfortunately I'm getting more and more even after blocking more like their domains have been multiplying. And when I check the full header of the spam mail, it mostly reads as an example below except for the first part (won't disclose my ID for the sake of more and more).
Sverdlovsk-my email ID redacted=yahoo.com@lovebigdeals.com (notice the equal symbol before the Yahoo name)
Worse, I block them, but more keep on coming. I feel like I've been blocking 25 addresses in a week and it still keeps on coming. I don't know what I'll do if I have to hit the block addresses limit (500).
Even more so, if they spam Yahoo the most, and I have the exact same ID for Gmail and Hotmail, why don't I get any spam whatsoever on it?
I want a measure to ensure I never receive anything I don't want ever. Not even random Messenger invites.

Because Gmail has a decent spam filter.
Solution: Stop using Yahoo mail like you said you would months ago. Forward your yahoo mail to gmail.

....I use Hotmail and it's been doing wonders. I also utilize Gmail whenever I can.
I do have a Yahoo account but I haven't logged in in more then 5 years. This e-mail is my "collect spam and other shit" account (a.k.a if i sign up for something I am not interested in too much, I put down this e-mail).
So yeah, pretty much do what everyone else here is suggesting Coz.

Okay, I'm going to close my account, but the problem here is that I registered an employment account and I don't see any place to change my email addresss (ffel.net). Will this be a problem?
