Recently I downloaded and installed LR2 on my Windows XP laptop. When I play certain simfiles, LR2 crashes and a message appears:

LR2body.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
The game is still playable when i Alt+Tab until after the results screen. Anybody know the solution? Help would be gladly appreciated Post #2 · Posted at 2012-06-06 05:21:25pm 11.6 months ago

Not a problem with you. LR2 never exited Beta and is still buggy, with all development on it completely halted.
All you can do unfortunately is deal with it and try playing the songs again.

Chances are that it's the (known) memory leak bug. It can be mostly avoided by exiting and reopening every now and then, but I personally don't bother since records are saved immediately and the only things lost/reverted are the options currently set.
