It has been quite late, but it does not appear you have any answers.
Anyway, the points right by your avatar have to be 50, then you can ask al2k4 for a SimFile catagory, but if you are not patient enough to get that much there are some people who can share catagories with you. I think you'd have to meet them first though.

How do you generate points? I have a ton of simfiles that I created to play on ITG, originally for my little brother and I, that I wanna share with you guys and being that I don't have my glasses right now, I would greatly appreciate someone being generous enough to put in Layman's terms for me!

Oh i have some files that I used to post on Bemanistyle but since the age is not accepting more simfiles I want to post them here ... they were pretty god

By not asking for points.
People tend to give them when you do things that contribute or by entertaining them.
Of course, we're supposed to be giving them for good conduct and spelling....but tell people that.
