Greetings Zenius -I- vanisher. I am hoping to ask you something that will have the health community get a series of fourms on this site.
Is it possible to have a Health and Fitness section on this fourm. It can be like a journal and people can track their progress and tell others about what they did as exercise, how their food choices impact on their progress, and many other things as well. People can even share their recipes as well in one subsection.
But there are some who like to lie their way to and fro. That's why there should be a rule that people should be honest when it comes to their journal. Other than that the journals should be useful to people who want to lose weight.

There's been talk about this long ago, don't see the issue of having one really, we just need Al's consent into making a either another main Forum for this kind of activity or a sub-forum/thread about it.
