Do you know a good program for making music? I don't care if it has lot of instruments, I care especially about percussion instruments or piano.

Like Aegis said, Reason Propellerhead.
Also, you have FL Studio, Ableton, Cubase, SONY Acid, and Logic Studio.
If you're new to this, try FL Studio, and once you're well used to making music, you can play around with programs like Reason, Ableton, Cubase, and all the others.
