DDR Performance

So... my college is having a talent show and I really want to play DDR in it. I spoke with the person in charge and they said the projector is availible for use however it's in the ceiling. When I performed in high school, I had the projector next to me so I would be able to connect my PS2 and my mat, but with it in the ceiling, I can't. Do any of you guys know a way that I can make this work? I was thinking about buying extended RCA cables or a cheap projector that I can shine on the wall, but if anyone knows a better way, I would really appreciate it.

If this does happen, request me what songs I should play! I don't know if I'll have access to a bar, so they might have to be easy, but still impressive. I can also do ITG as well, but it has to be a PS2 game.

I would suggest something that has a bunch of gimmicks, so probably something on SuperNOVA2 (Pluto Relinquish, FELM, etc.)

Haha, I really don't trust myself with Pandemonium, not even on hard. I was thinking about playing Outer Limits as my first song, so maybe NGO would be a good second/final. I have passed it on challenge, but if I feel unsure, expert does look hard enough to non-ddr players, right?

IDK, the whole point of the thread was to solve the first issue with the projector, but if I get that to work, than I'll probably consider your idea, or maybe do Paranoia Hades expert, if I'm feeling lucky enough.

Music in the Rhythm, Venus , and one of those would make a good set. Maybe throw in some MONDO STREET?

The Rockafeller Skank has some exceptional showoff potential to it, as well. Probably my favorite all-around chart in PS2/US SuperNOVA 2.

I would suggest universally appealing music so that people don't want to cover their ears. Outer Limits sounds like poop if you don't like that type of music...

Also, try to go with things that are either naturally very fast or have BPM changes as this is impressive and people will just assume you are some kind of wizard. I would also suggest streams heavy songs over jumps. Any of the Max series would fall into this category along with a good lot of ITG songs like Energizer, July, Summer Speedy Mix, Fleadh, etc etc...

Well, the bad news is that I won't be doing this for the talent show because the projector issue didn't get resolved. Instead, my friend and I will probably hold a DDR/ITG party for all the students.

try mastering the criss-cross and crossover parts in AFRONOVA.I'm sure almost everyone who plays DDR can do that.

Oh, the Afronova walk? Good gosh, I need to go back to that style of playing. I'm such a cheater, I bar-rape and I don't do cross-overs, lol. I usually just do whatever I can to get the score. Next time though, I'll consider that one.

Unfortunately, the school won't hold a community DDR event with all the noobs because I have so many things going on next week and no time to prepare. I hope you all enjoyed my video.
