[StepMania 5.0.9 Theme] DanceDanceRevolution X2 (with Announcer and NoteSkins)

This theme is temporarily working with your BANNER (#BANNER:XXX.png) , just like we did in 3.9.
If you use squared banners, you'll make it looks correct. (nothing to do with XXX-jacket.png)

And one thing: did you RELOAD songs after you change the banners?

The judgements don't display correctly.

Also I have problems with the banner album arts displaying too. About 4-5 from the X2 set is nothing but a pink block. I've tried renaming and all kinds of things but no luck. Reloaded the songs/etc. And the banner album arts are the ones from this site too. It's funny how it WILL display the old style ones no problem as well. Some won't display on the results screen at all too.

I'm using the latest windows build of stepmania 5 as well.

its possible its a bug within the theme itself as i noticed this. when i used waei's them everything shows up correctly but when you use this them however is almost as if its not able to load them. its possible this might be just a limitation in stepmania 5

I suggest editing the "flashy combo" of SM5's default theme to add an effect similar to this:

What I mean is similar to Yuni's toasty on the right.

WHY ISN'T THE BANNER SHOWING UP? I TRIED RELOADING THE SONGS,EVEN CHANGING THE NAME OF THE BANNER. I USED THE RIGHT SIZE OF THE BANNER. (256/256)

Well, this theme doesn't actually use jackets properly right now. It uses the banner. What you have to do is put your jacket in the banner redirect, as such:

I think I found out the 'fix' for this. (I had a look through the metrics.ini for waiei)
It's as simple as adding the following line to the X2 metrics.ini under [Player]:

PercentUntilColorCombo=0.000001

I played a few songs after that and the combo had the right colour from the very start.

Oh, I'm also having a problem where the song banner doesn't show up in the results screen. Anyone else have the same issue?

NOTE: If you have ever changed the graphic of banner without changing banner path(in directory and sm file both), you must PRESS F2 during game play at least once to reload the new banner graphic.

About the earlier problem, here's what I mean by no banner in song results screen:


I'm using 256*256 banners, they all show up perfectly for cover flow, just not after every song..

Maybe this glitch doesn't have to do with the theme, but it might:

I played the Challenge, hit a mine, then decided to play and keep hitting mines. However, since I had a PFC at the time, it ended and failed thinking I got one. It also saved the result.

Ah, so the problem with preview4e1 is that it tries to display jackets at the results screen, even though it uses banners for cover flow. I don't think it was like that in preview4. I guess I'll search through the theme files and try to change it back to banners myself instead of adding the #JACKET line to 300+ songs :3

Nevermind, even after adding #JACKET to the .sm and pointing to the banner, nothing shows up..

Sorry for the preview4e1 problem in Evaluation banner lacking, it's because my experiment of using jacket loading parts in waiei theme without include the code script in script folder.

If you guys have waiei's theme, you can make a quick fix:
copy the file [Themes\waiei\Scripts\99 waiei.lua] to [Themes\DDR X2 AC\Scripts\99 waiei.lua].

That solves the results screen missing jackets. But how exactly can I apply the jacket plugin (Like the one in TrotMania and waiei) to this theme?
