That's the charts that PIU players like. PIU Charts are ITG-ish mostly, with some gimmicks.
Can you show me a Fiesta EX chart which is similar to 100% 16th stream without a single break in the stream anywhere
Because all the Fiesta/EX charts I've played aren't like that (We Got 2 Know, U Got 2 Know, Reality, Last Farewell, Tek Club Copenhagen, Buttefly, etc.). They tend to have (imo)ridiculous turns/crossovers but definitely distinct patterns which aren't 100% 16th stream without a break

That's the charts that PIU players like. PIU Charts are ITG-ish mostly, with some gimmicks.
Pump It Up PRO players, yes... maybe. Pump It Up players, no. I don't doubt someone will enjoy it, it's obviously a challenge to pass. but given the extreme nitche for things like that it's better suited as an edit chart... a waste of a slot anywhere else.
I would love to play Gargoyle's Double chart across the whole song. Or the Half-double chart! If Fiesta EX is anything to go by, there'll be a Single 4 and anything else will be 20+.

I heard that songs from PRO and PRO 2 are coming back, so I guess it's possible. They haven't released a playlist yet.

I wondered about that but did not think much of it. I wonder why some songs only go up to Perfect as others have Superb.
