Not exactly a spelling error like most examples, but putting my mouse over the buttons at the bottom of this page gives me the impression the guy who made it just didn't care.

Apparently, it looks the KONMAI in the †渚の小悪魔ラヴリィ〜レイディオ† BGA has actually been fixed, although the fast/slow shock arrows bug is still there (on Asian cabinets at least; I don't know about Japanese cabinets).

Konami: leading innovators in typos. That last one looks as if their space bar was on the fritz. Also, as far as I can tell it is only spelled as "souvenir", but the the typo they made is easy to make. 'e' is just so close to 'r' that you get an impulse to push it when the sound "er" is read in your mind.
