I wrote my own tutorial for stepping easier difficulties, and I'm used to writing tutorials in general. But would it be frowned upon or disrespectful to post it in the simfile discussion forum? It's all opinion of course, but people may get something out of it.

Telperion wrote a tutorial on banner graphics and posted it in the proper place. That went pretty well, and I don't see how this is much different.
