I fhave followed all the steps here (using the source section) and downloaded what is needed by using the apt-get command from here, but there is still a problem.

Where is the main executable file? It's not in the Program folder. The .tar.gz on the downloads page has what I assume the executables (stepmania and stepmania-ll), but double-clicking on them does nothing.
I'm using Ubuntu Linux 11.10 32-bit.
Edit: I'm running Oneiric Ocelot (11.10), not 10.10 (Meerkat), sorry.
