Pre-ordering the game unlocks the Professor Genki pack from the get-go. You'll have a new outfit inspired by Professor Genki's event, a new vehicle that fires pedestrians with a cannon, and makes AI enemies attack their own kind with the octopus gun (similar to Perfect Dark's unlockable Psychosis Gun).
This sandbox game is too good to pass up.
EDIT: I should note that this sequel won't have competitive multiplayer. Just cooperative.

Buying the hell out of this. I was a fan of the first two games, so this is a no-brainer.
I haz a mad now. One of my favorite things to do was to go into Strong Arm matches and gun down people trying to play the Insurance Fraud challenges.
