"Oh god what I have dooooone?!"
Probably better to post in the technical area forum on Aaronin.jp

Failing that, check your connections, do you get ANY output at all? lights? sounds?

can you test the monitor using another source? (it's VGA so you could plug in say, a laptop, i think)
Same deal with the pump kit, can you try another monitor?

is it getting power?
any buzzes when you turn it on?

check the fuses.

*runs off to university for a while*

you could go for both, they'll both work in any pump cab AFAIK.

Fixing your existing one shouldn't be too hard either. If the power supply's gone, it's reparable. If the light boards or amp dies, reparable. If the monitor's dead, just stick an LCD in there, it's not too hard to mount them. Since CRT's are expensive.

Sure you won't get quite as big of a screen in the cab (edit compared to an FX or TX i mean), but you could probably fit a 32" at least, which is still pretty big.

i have been thinking about fixing it, but its really not worth it...
i have an old DX cab with a 38 inch plasma...so size isnt the issue lol.....when i got it the previous owner had pulled out the rear projector and housed a HUGE CRT in the projectors housing

it is definately the board because my o.b.g board still runs sometimes (loving the korean quality) which i can say because i have only korean cabs and boards

but i am loving the look of the fiesta EX cabs so that really is my drive to get a new cab...the old DX cab looks pretty crappy next to a DDR cab anyways especially when there is a parapara machine between the 2 HappyHappy

I've heard basically nothing but bad things about the new TX pads though. I'm sure there's things you can do to sort your current cabinet out.

In any case though, good luck with it.
