Younger Players

Since there's a thread on older players, why not for my age group? Does anyone here play around my age group (13-14)? I feel as if our group is misjudged as solely "assholes who like to shadow you" because we mostly are . In reality, I'd like to see more of my age group who actually plays the game while looking at the screen (and hopefully can pass around my level (hard 11-easy 12), I'd be surprised to see a load of 13-passers). Anyone here 15 or younger?



Like this kid (who's now probably my age, slightly older).

I'm 13 (14 in a couple weeks) and I can pass around the same level as you. Only 11 I can't pass is Monolith (it's totally a 12). I passed Delirium but it took a crapload of tries and pretty much ignoring every other song in the game. Been away from ITG lately to focus on more DDR stuff but I'll probably get back into it once I get the home version.

Almost same about 11s now, but I still can't pass July (WTF).

What 12s can you pass? me, it's (in order of first-pass) Delirium, Vertex, Go 60 Go, and Tell (yay for BS). Strangely enough, I passed Delirium before Sweet World/Soapy Bubble.

I did (in no particular order because I can't remember when I passed them) Vertex, Delirium, Euphoria, and Go 60 Go. I'm trying to get Hardcore of the North and/or Monolith but it all depends on when my parents take me to the bowling alley

Haha, same here, although that usually happens on a weekly/bi-weekly basis since that's the easiest way for my father to please me/my brother. Also, reccomendation, do Energizer or Determinator first (judging from failing the songs/keyboard). Energizer is less draining then HOTN and requires less technique. Determinator is like Delirium. Hard for about 30 seconds, then it's a cakewalk.

I'm 15 and below your level - i can pass some tens and that's about it. It doesn't help my case that the nearest machine is 30+ minutes away. I play more customs than actual ITG, also.

I'm 14 and I've passed Xuxa Expert on my Cobalt Flux at home on Stepmania (Judge 6, Life 4). But that's about as hard as I can do. By the way, does anybody know what the Life difficulty should be to match ITG or DDR, whichever one is harsher?

Judging by what Kyle Ward said, Judge Difficulty is like, 4.5. I'd assume the same for Life.

I'm 12 and I've passed 8's and 9's (Classic) or 13's and 14's (X) The hardest song I've ever cleared is Horatio which is a 10/15. I've been playing since I was 7, but I took a 2 year break in-between and I've been back into it since a year and a half ago, when I was 10.

So I managed to pass Determinator, ! and Euphoria. 3 new 12s! Still can't pass freaking Monolith. If I play July first, I'll likely get it.

Meanwhile, I abandoned ITG and played DDR X2 AC for the first time. *yay*

Passed the songs I wanted to on (Fire Fire, the new Sakuras, ΔMAX, 888) and ALMOST passed 888

A productive day in the world of dance gaming.

Sounds sweet. 888 Challenge looks like an AWFUL chart IMO.

I'm only 16, and somehow, I'm already up to 12s and 13s.

I recently turned 15 the hardest i can pass is Epileptic Crisis EX chart ^^ don't really know how good that is in terms of 13s but thats as good as i can do. I'll be going to the arcade soon to try out Vertex^2

Epileptic Crisis EX is harder than every ddr song.
