I don't mean old BM versions like BM98 or MixWaver. Something that is still up and gets updated AND would work on Windows Vista.

I haven't seen an update for Lunatic Rave in a long time, and the current one crashes a lot.

Yeah, Lunatic Rave 2 is the best simulator out there. It isn't currently being updated because the creator lost the source code, but it has support for the most features (long notes, mpg/avi BG animations, mines, stops, ogg keysounds, 1295 maximum keysounds, Internet Ranking, etc.) and supports pop'n music files as well.
There's no reason to not to use it, despite the crashing, as Long Notes, video file BGA's, .ogg keysounds, and 1295 maximum keysounds are used without restraint at this point; most people who make BMS files assume you have support for all of that.

TF2 for Mac started shitting on us when the game first became free. Haven't tried it since.

I think all of the updates have made the game unmanageable on some computers. I would say you probably have to be able to run Portal 2 to run TF2.
@Ashura96 I'm also on 7 64 bit.

Be-Pachi is what I use. It's simple and it's all I really need.
