This guy says he has it, but he didn't state if it was the AC or CS version. He won't distribute it either way.

i wouldn't worry about it too much, i'm guessing alot of drama would happen if the guy did. without the permission of the orginal maker, with that said he's playing it smart and waiting like the rest of us, and not giving the fourms any speical treatment leaking something before it's ready.

I would be, but I like I said, he's just being a cock-block by letting us know the creator for whatever reason, chose this guy to give the theme to.

Well, if you think some member is being a cock-block here, have you imagined what the circumstances would be on youtube?
I mean sillybear HAS to have a reason other than "to prevent arcade operators from misusing more of his themes and misleading more players who play on stepmania machines." I'm pretty sure he didn't just wake up and proclaim that he is narrowing down the distribution of his themes.
