I don't believe a theme was made for it or DSMAX, since they weren't released in arcade games and nobody's made one, though it was a cool theme.

There were at least two to be reported until they got cancelled. One, who handed the theme to Takuya, who then lost it on a hard drive crash, and another by revengmyass, which was only seen, in very unfinished form, in a youtube video.
Sillybear planned on making one for 3.9 redux, but Extreme 2 and STR!KE crashed on his emulator on the intro and he is unable to remember the settings he had that made them work ages ago.
