Do people really think Osaka Evolved should be a 14? Cause I played all of them today and must say there's no way they are only a 14...

I'd say a 15 at max, it presents a challenge but it doesn't really push at any point.

Type 1's (wait what happened to Ver.A? that's what is was called...) chart is great because its the best version of the song because it flows together very well.

Totally agree with that. Ver. A is the best in stepchart and music.

I think I know why people think it's a 14. They probably played it multiple times.A first time player of that song would find it very difficult. Konami rated Osaka the right rating.

Say what? I severely doubt a "newbie" would try a boss song let alone on . Going by your standards, Chaos would be a 17 then. I actually tried stepping each version and it reminds me why I edited most of the HP2 songs that I like because they are pretty much garbage. Lot's of stupid spins. As much as I like version 3/C musically, the chart is a complete mess.

The first part says:
New York EVOLVED will appear on AC for the first time in DDR X3's EXTRA TOUR. The jacket will be different to the North American PS3 & Wii games.
Second part is nothing much.

Ugh, I don't really like NY Evolved. It's as if somebody thought Love This Feeling was any good and then decided to add lots of BPM trickery and non-sensical steps.

IN THE ZONE got changed also.
Thanks Alan!
I read "jacket" using Google translate but I wasn't sure if it's related to cover art. (My english!)
So We'll say goodbye to this cover.

Theory time!
Tracks 11, 12, 14, and 15 on Disc 2 of the DDR X3 soundtrack are almost certainly the four EVOLVED songs currently not in the arcade. But what are Tracks 14-17 on Disc 1? Now, KONAMI almost certainly isn't going to include four new ES songs (though it would be amazing if they did), so it's probably a new four-version EVOLVED song. But all other EVOLVED songs have had only one of their versions on the OST. So, one can reasonably conclude that the four versions of the song must bee musically different enough to warrant including all on the OST. Perhaps they may all be completely different songs. world EVOLVED?
Now, the only remaining question is that of Track 26 on Disc 2. I bet it's a combination of all four versions of this theoretical new EVOLVED song.

One would assume that full versions would go at the end of Disc 2.

Hey here's a wild theory, I theorize that the 4 remaining songs for disc 1 are new songs.
There is no reason for them to be CS ports, as waiting this far into DDR X3 for simple ports is just silly, and there is no reason for them to all be for an evolved song, as it is silly to put the same song on an OST 4 separate times.
In addition, X3 seems to be following the GFdm style of Extra System, which usually has about 8 songs in it, and since we're only 4 songs in there is some merit to this. Why it's taking so long to go through is beyond me, however.
Track 26 Disc 2 is probably not a long version, as long versions seem to usually be put on OSTs in the order they appear on the OSTs as short versions, and DDR X2 only had one long version anyways so this is likely following that. This leaves me to believe that the song is most likely a crossover of some sort, with my money being on reunion, since that is a popular Tatsh song and would be the ideal crossover choice to follow up on the success of porting Xepher to DDR back in SuperNOVA.
