"It's pronounced See-OH-Zee"
I'm possibly thinking about buying an HDTV in the future. However, the two types I'm thinking of since I'm not planning to invest huge-ass money for an LED-LCD (and I don't plan on playing my 360 on a standard LCD) is Plasma or a rear-projected DLP. I'm only going to buy an HDTV for about $1,200 (USD) or less, and the decisions are either of those.

Panasonic Viera 50" 1080p Class Plasma HDTV - Official Panasonic Page

Mitsubishi WD 65" 1080p Class 3D DLP HDTV - Amazon Page

I don't know the downsides to a rear-projected DLP HDTV unfortunately. And I'm willing to take good care of a plasma.

Suggestions?

One downside is it's thicker and heavier than most HDTV's.
"Dimensions
TV with stand: 58.2 x 39.5 x 16 inches (WxHxD); 69.3 pounds"
Although that's amazing for a DLP, but still won't let you wall-mount or use on a fancy TV stand. That's the only reason I didn't buy one.

"The WD-65738 has really been a let down. Even with correct calibration the colors are washed out, the picture is to bright and the darks are not accurate. There are also artifacts when watching 1080i or 1080P content. If you are wanting a 65" DLP TV stay away from this model and try to find the WD-65737."
