Rollercoaster Tycoon

Anyone play these games?

I played the original and beat all of the levels, so I got Mega Park. I'm working on the expansion scenarios.

I use to play 1 for hours a day. I have RT3 as well but I seem to misplace the CD for it.

I used to play RCT and RCT2 all the time since I am a roller coaster enthusiast. Sadly 3 was a very big disappointment so I stopped playing. I will randomly go back and Play RCT2 sometimes, but rarely ever RCT3.

I LOVED THAT GAME.

I played the first 2 games all the time as a kid. Brings back a lot of memories Although, once it turned 3D I suddenly lost interest.
Roller Coaster 1 and 2 were the best in my opinion.

Hmmm, I enjoyed the reboot the third game gave to the series. Different strokes for different folks I guess. I was a fan of all 3 games personally. 2 and 3 I liked more because you could set up sandbox games in both of them (although you had to fudge it a little in RCT2).

I recommend the UCES for Roller Coaster Tycoon 2 if you haven;t tried it already.

I think I'll try installing it too if I come across the CD. It's probably the only PC game my computer can run

I recently reinstalled RTC1 on my computer and started playing it. It hasn't aged as much as it probably should have. It is tons of fun.

Well since I just destroyed Oblivion and DDR Universe I might go back and play it on my computer too. I need to find the disc and expansion packs though. I was like a master at that game

Brings back a lot of memories at around this time every year as well, as its around the time I really got into it. I still think RCT1's missions were more fun the RCT2's, but RCT2 has a much better line-up of coasters in my opinion. RCT1 just has basic arrows, B&M's and GCI coasters, RCT2 expanded the selection but I felt sort of skimped out on the missions and level designs.

See, that's what I like about the first two. The third is crappy (too complex, graphics wise and everything-else-wise). Plus, I actually enjoyed unlocking missions from the first RCT and creating them in the second one.

I like the 3rd one the best because it's in 3D. It's more realistic. The lag can me horrible, though. Worse than Xbox DDR.

i play RCT3 alot, themeing is hard Dx
but all the custom rides n stuff is good.
