Can anyone tell me what files and folders need to be on a USB for it to be accepted by a PIUPRO and read custom songs? I would like to sort mine in advance if I can.
Plus, if I use my ITG one, would it be wiped if I put it in a Pro, or would it create newfolders alongside?
Thanks if anyone has the answer.

I've taken my ITG flash drive and plugged it into a Pro 2 without any preamble whatsoever, and it was fine. Pro 1 I'm not sure, but it'd probably work as well. The root of my flash drive now has folders for In The Groove 2 and Pump Pro 2.
I haven't tried customs yet, so I'm not sure how those work :/

I played pro1 some times 2 years ago.
I didn't made any folder and i already had an itg folder.
The game just did his work ad everything worked well :3 (create a PiuPro folder and the files that goes with them).
Don't worry
But for custom songs... dunno.

Was just thinking about putting some extra songs in a folder to see if the machine would read them, but I'm not sure what has to be in the folder structure to get it to read.

if its anything like ITG2 R21 machines, In The Groove 2/Songs/(Your Song Folder Name)/(.ogg and .sm files) got the job done there so just drop /Songs in whatever the name of the folder is that Pro 2 makes .

Ah, OK, I might try that
Hmm, ok, my sandisk wasn't recognised. Any specific cards that need to be used? It was a blank Sandisk 8GB.
