Wait, none of the other ???'s except Track 28 have only 3 in the artist field. It looks like the track titles at the least are random in their length.

Brown Blizzard is ranked a 9.80 on Master drums. (That's almost as hard as The Least 100sec or Rock to Infinity.)
It's also ranked 9.30 on Master Guitar.
