I'm hoping that they will be a code to unlock that version of that song for X3, kind of like they did with Sunkiss Drop on Supernova 2/X or make it show up in a later release if the current version of that song gets removed, but the latter will probably be a more logical guess in my opinion.

They can't include every song and people would be equally unhappy if any of those songs weren't there. It's a fantastic tracklist that covers a wide variety of their material and I'm really excited to hear the new arrangements! Also excited for the megamix! Wasn't sure they'd have another.

We already have a long version of Alfarshear, I think it was on one of the Visual Emotion DVDs?
