The SOUND VOLTEX songs haven't been permanently unlocked on the other arcade games yet because the event only runs in random weekly periods. iOS BEMANI games usually don't get event songs before they're completely unlocked, such as with Lincle Link 5.
As "FLOOR INFECTION" is part of SOUND VOLTEX II's infection theme, I think we can assume the songs will be totally unlocked when SOUND VOLTEX III comes out, and then there will be a chance of the iOS games getting them.

Looks like we might not be getting those remaining 6 jubeat saucer songs (for now at least), as Konami usually doesn't go back a version in terms of music pack releases. (pun intended!).

Since I updated to iOS8 Jukebeat seemed fine (unlike rb+). However, I noticed that every time I go into the settings now, the game freezes (but the BGM still plays). I have to close the game out and restart it. Has this been happening to anyone else?

Where can I send Konami feedback & suggestions? I want to be able to see the jacket of a song up close by swiping my finger to either the left or right while I have the song selected.

I'm pretty sure the jacket is the least of your worries.
Besides, you have the internet with you. Having a jacket zoom function is absolutely unnecessary.

But what if all the images of the jacket are only low-quality blurry images? I can't decide if Cloche's jacket is a black bear in a balloon or a lady dancing in the sky with a glider.

It's called pause and restart. (Also i believe Hazard modifier is in jubeat saucer fulfill's NORMAL MORE mode -- i might be wrong though)

you can't *ask konami* because:
1: you're not in japan, or a konami/bemani supported region
2: i doubt konami gives a single shit about anyone other then the japanese fanbase
3: do jackets really matter that much, just surf through this site and you'll find them
