There is a special edition (Chinese Edition) of DDR Universe 3 that Konami released (or so I hope, that it's not a bootleg somehow); it has about 10 songs at start that are Chinese, and the rest are from other DDR games. They even have lyrics display on by default. For me it's off-sync for some reason on every TV in my house (have to adjust by about -3 to get things close).
I don't have video card capture equipment but I can record the audio.
If you have a JTAG console, grab the version from your sources (CHT) and run it.
Of course, if this is already done, I'd love to know, but a search for 'Chinese' on all the forums returns nothing. I don't have screen shots but I know this is at least looking official if it isn't actually official.
Anyone wanna help me out here? I can provide all audio (except for unlocks, that will take some time).
