I hate to do a bump, but I'm downloading the Starter Edition of WoW.
The Starter Edition gives free users a level cap of 20, unless they upgrade to premium (for a price of course) to raise it depending on the expansions installed.

@ Aegis: over 11 million players worldwide. so there is no way that WoW is ever going to die.

I HATE WoW WITH A FREAKING PASSION! I'm a fan of Guild Wars (because it was the very first MMORPG that I ever played and got addicted to) as well as Aion (I like to think of that game as Guild Wars and WoW combined), and I'm pretty sure Blizzard is scared of ArenaNet's Guild Wars 2, which is why they made the Starter Edition of WoW, and they have every right to be scared of it. It's gonna be one of the most KICK ASS MMO'S EVER MADE, ArenaNet is taking their sweet time with making it to make sure that it'll kill WoW in a heart beat. Not only that, the graphics are really gorgeous, they've made what will probably be one of the best crafting systems to date, no two story lines will be the same ever, since the game splits the game into different directions multiple times, and your skills don't use up energy, but dodging attacks does. One more thing that I'm happy ArenaNet it doing, they've gotten rid of the "Holy Trinity" of team building, a.k.a. having a Tank, a caster/ranged attacker and then a healer. How did they do this you ask, they got rid of the healer class, and gave each profession many self heal skills. Also, when your health hit 0, you aren't killed right away, instead you enter a "downed" state and you can retaliate against the person who just did so. If you manage to kill that foe, you'll get back up and you can continue with the game. There's also a CRAP load more, but since I've already typed quite a bit, I'll be shutting up now.

That's one of the fun parts of Guild Wars, there is an ACTUAL enemy for each campaign that you have to kill at the end, and when you beat the game, you can do a crap load of other stuff in the game again. Such as playing the entire game again in Hard Mode, and try to get titles for you character in Guild Wars 2.

Wow, you obviously haven't played WoW at all. You can do ALL those things in WoW too.Each expansion have an end boss, what GW calls a campaign.
If you "beat the game" in WoW on normal mode, you can do it again on Hard Mode (OMG it's the same name, I bet WoW stole it from GW)
Titles, they're in WoW too! Believe it or not.
Sorry, but gee, cut the fanboyism. I do agree that GW2 looks promising, though.
