The sales Director of PM Studios, Chris Cotty, has informed everyone via facebook that Technika2 will be released(meaning US too, coming from PM Studios) the week of November 15th of this year, so don't worry. Also it will ship out in upgrade kits to arcades who want it and have the first game

Well, Cotty didn't specifically say that it would be in the US. Even so it seems likely that the Break and probably AI will at least get them.

Little tidbit of news from the 2010 Amusement Expo in Vegas from Bemanistyle:
"Our boys at PM brought out two DJ MAX Technika machines with them this year. After the scare with the Konami lawsuit, they’ve settled and Konami will even be distributing machines in Japan. With such a great game its exciting to see it growing to bigger and better things instead of being crushed. I was told that 80% of the machines in the US are now online. There wasn’t any information about Technika 2 I could get out of them though. They did confirm it would be an international release."

Gameworks in Seattle, WA just got a Technika 2 cabinet. Running with Platinum Crew enabaled as well. I hope to try it out soon!
