DDR X2 CS Theme ver2.1 for SM 3.9a, SM 3.9 Plus REDUX and SM AMX

Did you make original graphics, sound effects and metrics for your DDR X CS theme as well?

I know coding a theme is not an easy task, but if you used ripped material in the first place you shouldn't really complain if someone ripped the DDR Extreme game data to use on your theme.

edit: Although, at the same time it would be better for people to use their own metrics.ini instead of "borrowing" one lol

I complain if someone takes my metrics and animations to be used in other theme, that's bother me a lot.
This conversation is the same over and over again after the time and I won't give up on my oppinion.

I say: If you like my metrics... ASK FOR PERMISSION... then wait for the answer that most of the cases will be OKAY!

Take the less sophisticated of my themes and you will see the complexity of the metrics... once Katze laught of my ONE PAGE INI COMMAND, because they are not simple and will be shared with the corresponding copyright. That takes a lot of time to be done, like the Cyberia's metics and complex animations.

The metrics, animations, theme structure (the mod structure from the original base) and everything that is not vids, music or images is copyrighted to me, because I'm the creator and no other theme use them.

People have "asked" for your permission before apparently and all you do is cry after they release something with your stuff.

I agree that taking someone elses' metrics.ini and then distributing it as your own is strictly no way fair on the author.

I'm on Takuya's side. Theming isn't a simple task... ripping graphics is the least difficult part of it, being the hardest one to make them look/behave like they're supposed to.

And... come on, it isn't too hard to include a line in the readme that says "(some) metrics taken from Takuya's theme(s)".

I Know Takuya since a lot, he made the DDR EXTREME, DDR SN, DDR X, DDR Party Collection, DDR Euro 1 and 2, DDR MAX 1 and 2, and lots of DDR themes, I know that he takes a LOT, really a LOT of timeto make one theme because of the complications of that theme... DDR X theme taked 6 months on the making to get the first beta released. It's not fair that someone else takes his theme and just claims that he do it...

I Actually have it, but I modified the theme, put the SN2 videobg in the Select Music and modified some graphics and sounds. I don't have the original theme, do you want it?

Uploading to some other place as the 7-zip size is 80 something MB (My usual places are limited to 50 MB and I don't feel like splitting it up into two files).

Please reply if you'd rather have a plain .zip file. Also, I am unaware what my version is, it could easily be v0.9b too.
