In the Groove: IIDX Edition (Released!)

Description:
This is my compilation of 40 ITG-Style IIDX simfiles. Each simfile has full Novice through Expert Singles charts (with the exception of two, which don't have Expert). I tried my hardest to put together a collection of amazing tracks accessible to any player. True to ITG, all the Novice charts are 1s, and I have every difficulty level covered up to 14.
This pack is great for those who simply enjoy playing the game and aren't necessarily nitpicky about all the little details of a chart. I also try to provide technical challenges for every player, like ITG does.
So, yeah. Please leave any feedback, questions, and comments you have. As long as you don't flame I'll gladly listen.

I do plan to work on a revision of this pack. Since I've grown so much as a step artist in the last 7 months, my earlier charts probably aren't as well structured as most of my later charts. I'll post a to-do list of sorts within the next few days.

=So I decided to give this song a try but the song was irritating with the "do it do it". So meh.

=400 bpm lol It's ok.

Yes, some songs have rolls. You'll need SM 3.9+, 4.0, or OpenITG for the songs that do. Preferably OpenITG.

Aegis, would you mind elaborating? Does OK mean good or does it mean So-so? How can I spice up the Dull charts?

I loaded songs vids and all on my ITG2 machine and invited friends over for a ITG IIDX party. Can't wait for the rest.
I love that you included videos, I'm insane about having background videos on my cab.

Currently I'm trying to learn the daisuke para.

My only critiqes are that theres too much insanity, but I can only pass 11's. it seems a few of the ratings are off or made for bar players or somthing. OR I'm just not good enough yet ^^

After having these songs for a bit more than a week and having some people play them, I can come to some sort of conclusion of what they thought to keep/play and not keep/delete.

The group consists of 4 people and myself (Aegis).


D - Eagle (SIRIUS)
=It's good actually, but in favor of another D that we have, we came to conclude that we can't have 3 D's. We took yours out along with another D. Not that it wasn't bad, it was ok, it's just that with limited space and evolution of sims, I can't say no to majority vote.

Daisuke - Y&Co. (10th Style)
=We all came to see the song (song-wise) as not so great. Chart was ok, but if the song isn't so cool and pleasing to the ears there won't be this synergy to like it for what its whole purpose was. 2 in, 3 out. Majority vote: Out.

Do it!! Do it!! - Kraken (DJ TROOPERS)
=The song - irritating. Auto-out with one troll vote to keep it in.

Due Tomorrow - Mr.T (DistorteD)
=The song took some getting used to. I was harder to convince this time around. But out of majority, we thought the chart was ok and that the song wasn't terrible like Do it!! Do it!!. Majority: In. It stayed in.

=I couldn't really see good in the song. The step chart was decent though. Majority took the sim with heart. My vote was to take it out. Majority: In. It stayed in to please the majority. If deleted, the majority would kick my arse.

Flash Back 90's - Disconation (EMPRESS)
=We came to like it after playing it once each. Majority: All in.

ICARUS - Eagle (DJ TROOPERS)
=Fun. But with 2 Eagle sims it was hard to figure out which one to keep. Majority favored it, but realized the concern for having two. Both were excellent mind you...but it was counted for by majority as out.

Schlagwerk - TaQ (3rd Style)
=Tie vote. Majority rule: Stayed in. One week later, it was asked to be out since no one felt like playing it because of the song.

Wanna Party? - RAM (DJ TROOPERS)
=Most RAM fans here liked RAM in SNOW, but this time around we felt stabbed that RAM did something quite different. It was ok for the night, but it felt like something we would play in a blue moon. Out by majority.

We would like to thank you for the sims.
