Ok so I tried downloading it on Internet Explorer (I'm a Firefox user) and it worked first try. Will listen to it later, kinda busy right now, just letting everyone know how I did it so you see if you can download it that way too.

okay wow, i was so hyped for this album and so far with disc 1 it's so disappointing.
maybe it has to do with the horrible headphones that i used for the majority of the songs, but kors k's long tracks are really boring.
evergreen is probably my favourite track on IIDX, but there was too much build up to the main section, and even then it sounded like a filter was put on it, making it sound... bad, even with working headphones
songs like bad maniacs and D seem to be missing some sections that were in the game version, (D's intro and bad maniac's bass drum rolls or whatever you'd call it).
dirty digital, horizon, rising in the sun, programmed sun and oarfish are okay. the interludes are okay.
why was smooch "remixed"?
why is programmed life under 2 minutes, when it was sounding like one of the better songs on the disc?
now and forever is the only song from the other discs i've listened to, and that was pretty nice.
i really, really want to like this album because i really really like kors k. hopefully it will grow on me

Personally I liked evergreen, but it was really, really smoothed out. I think I still like the IIDX version better though.

Smooch and SigSig are both "gimmick" songs, that are meant to sound like typical Doujincore or Makina songs. It might be that Kors K wanted to present the songs as he wanted them to be heard, rather than having to make it sound like an average Makina song?
The finished version of Smooch sounds very professional. The intro is great, and the main chunk of the song doesn't really sound that different? It's a really nice blend of Doujincore and UK Hardcore.
Controversial opinion :
D is the most improved (and therefore the best) song on the album.

Disc 2 > Disc 1 ... Yoshi and Taka have the best Collab.

I think D is the best song on Disc 1. I liked the smooooch remix as well. Bad Maniacs is missing so much feeling from the original track. It's not bad but it was nothing I expected it to be.
I really wanted the SigSig and Rising in the Sun mixes from the Beatnation concert so I was happy about that.
The other smooooch and Sunshine Hero mixes are okay for me. I'll listen to the others in full soon.
And LOL at the IIDX GOLD song selection... song.

kors k clearly wasn't just extending his game songs, he's re-made them. I love evergreen, it just flows on and on like feelin' me (spiritual dub). Great to zone out to. I went into this album expecting new things, and that's precisely what I got, so I'm happy. For better or worse, he re-imagined his songs, and I appreciate that. It also gives me a reason to hold onto the game versions, since they're different.
Film is awesome by the way.

I'm not surprised with dj command's smoooooch remix.
But it's sounds quite well.
I like Oarfish.
Your Angel remix sounds better in Universe 3

He didn't do much to Sig Sig, Smooch, Dirty Digital, Oarfish.......I think this album was relatively poor compared to the others out there.
I have beef with Decade, Emission High Energy, Love is Eternity, Clione, and Sunshine Hero on Disk 2.
Disk 3 is all win.
I LOVE Film, Chonhan Chiru, Shadow, and Programmed Life.

Disc 2 is awesome, Disc 3 is even better, and Disc 1 was kind of a letdown. Although Programmed Life is awesome, and Oarfish is waaaaay better than the game cut. Sadly Dirty Digital is a little lacking, Connected and the Interludes are nice. I wish Special One wasn't Ballad'd though :<

I think I would have liked the first disc more if it had Heaven Above or FIRE FIRE. I think that Disc 2 really carries the album.

zomg, Juicy Imma make charts for you.
Also:
DJ Command's smooooch mix was quite nice.
Film was a pleasant surprise. I don't usually like Slake.
Decade is still cool.
Oarfish, Evergreen, and D are awesome.
Dirty Digital died I really, really don't like the voice bending in the full version.
And yeah, I'd agree that Disc 2 is the best of the set.

Disc 2 is certainly the better one in my opinion.
My favorites after listening to most of them have to be:
1) DJ Command's smooooch
2) D
3) Sunshine Hero remix

Am I the only who is fond of the nekomata remix?
In other news, it's a real shame that I've started listening to the glorious Backdrops by nekomata again (note: the best konami release) because it really made this whole release seem really dull. Nothing to me really sticks out as great. I haven't had a chance to listen to the bonus cd yet, but meh. D is okay, but I still want to punch Tim in the face. What I assume to be Yoshitaka's voice being autotuned horribly in Juicy kinda sucks, because the rest of the song is pretty good. Decade is pretty good, but nothing ground breaking. Pretty typical Taka. Film is pretty groovy...gotta love slake. At first I thought the shadow remix was pretty boring, but it has been growing on me. Still kind of holds a shranzy sound. I just don't like what's done with the hoover. Nothing from the first disc struck me as good. All either average or below average.
Call me biased/unfair, but whatever.

Personally, I was expecting the songs to be made into long versions while maintaining the awesome music style that was used in the games and such rather than totally redone with slightly different instruments.
This is what made CD3 awesome, as the tracks sounds just like in-game and are full versions. CD1 I'll say is alright, but not the best, CD2 is slightly better.
Edit: Although, the songs are starting to grow on me. We all psychologically hate change.

No, I love it actually. And even though at first it didn't feel at all like Clione, after a few listens Clione is totally there, entirely. It feels like the sort of song that would come off Backdrops.

having listened to some of the songs again, i have to agree some are growing on me, like evergreen (although i still prefer the game cut), and i can appreciate that kors k tried to "re-create" some of the tracks for the disc so stop them from sounding stale (unfortunately, i still dont think he did the best job of it)
disc 3 is pretty damn awesome, I love the tracks on it. the last track being the least good.
and nekomata master's remix once again seems to come out on top... everything seems to be in order
