Sorry to bother you again, Al, but I'm getting more Internal Server Errors by uploading big files again.
Thanks beforehand.

I actually got one too when I was trying to upload A LIGHT THAT NEVER COMES. Initially my video size was too big, but after I got it down to under 48MB, it still gave me one. It did get uploaded after I tried again though.

I'm currently experiencing problems with trying to send PMs. When I begin the composition of a new message, the following text shows up in the text box:
"Reason for deletion: [enter reason for delete request]"
Then, after I attempt to send the message, the page refreshes as if the message never existed in the first place, and that above text shows up again.
Please help me...

I knew there was a page that used the old arcade visitors table but I forgot to adjust for ... I'll fix it now.
Edit: Fixed.

What error do you get? I checked Apache settings, it's fine?

When I hit the "Upload Simfile" button, the page just keeps on loading for a long time, and NEVER gets around to uploading. I'm not even uploading a .zip, or anything else other than just one measly .mp3 file. I fail to see why it won't work for me now, when it HAS previously without any issue.
You know what? I'm just going to start troubleshooting here.
Would you happen to know if there's a given or known threshold in terms of the time length of an audio file that the uploader can process before experiencing any problems?
The time length of most simfiles are apparently 1:00 - 2:30, but this one simfile I've been attempting to upload since last night has a length of 3:33, and is planned to be put out AS IS with it's longer than average time length -- this simfile cannot consist of a 2:00-2:30 cut as all of my simfiles up until now have consisted of, as the idea behind this one particular simfile requires that it be at it's full length in order for the execution of my planned idea to be well enough.

The length of the MP3 file is irrelevant, it's just the file size that matters. I tried uploading a MP3 file yesterday and it's working fine for me.
Have you tried uploading with another browser or on another connection?

Can you send a picture of this? I've not had adds on the site. However I did have a virus awhile back that did the same thing. If it's the same kind of adds, then I can help you out.Post #496 · Posted at 2014-02-23 01:38:58am 10.1 years ago

Try deleting any adware that you don't remember installing first, then download ADWcleaner to get rid of whatever it left on your computer. Scan your computer afterwards with something like Malwarebytes afterwards to get rid of anything else.

I think I've come to realize why I can no longer upload simfiles. When Z-i-V got updated recently (or so it seems), some of its feautres have officially lost compatibility with my MAC, which runs OSX 10.5.8, which seems to be too old for many things I've been trying to download off of the Internet lately (Adobe, Livestream, McGraw Hill EReaders).
Looks like I'm out of business...forever...
No more simfiles from me.

It could be the 50 user point rule, but I think once you pass 50 you are good even if you go back under. I don't know the full details on that.Looks like I'm out of business...forever...

What's the "50 point user rule"?
