I clicked on the link for the Picture Gallery in one of the Site-Related Threads, and I got this following HTTP 404 Not Found Error:

"The web page cannot be found.

Most likely causes:

-There might be a typing error in the address.
-If you clicked on a link, it may be out of date.

What you can try:

-Retype the address.
-Go back to the previous page.
-Go to zenius-i-vanisher.com and look for the information you want.

This error (HTTP 404 Not Found) means that Internet Explorer was able to connect to the website, but the page you wanted was not found. It's possible that the webpage is temporarily unavailable. Alternatively, the website might have changed or removed the webpage."

That's the error message word-for-word. Is it possible that the picture gallery has a new address and you haven't updated it yet?

Hmm, are you talking about the GALLERY link? It works fine for me here. It should give a directory listing.

al2k4: I believe he's referring to the "picture gallery" link, in the first post.

For me, it returns a 404 too.
"The requested URL /picturegallery.php was not found on this server."

Happens because you have picturegallery.php in /v4/ and /v5beta/. You can fix it simply by editing that post (since it's yours), or figure out some way to make requests that don't have a v4 or v5 in them get redirected to the v4 version of the page.
The second one would be more permanent, though I imagine much harder to do, if it's even feasible.
See what your powers are inside a 404 page. If you can make a 404 page that knows what URL they were trying to visit, then you might be able to make it suggest the fixed URL as something to try.
Just an idea.

Ah fixed it now. Firefox assumed I wanted to view threadid=663 lol, so I was looking at the wrong thread.

Recently, I updated one of my simfiles (A Crazy Barber), with new steps and banner/BG. I reuploaded everything (.zip, .sm, .dwi and the banner), but, when I looked the file, it appeared the old banner instead of the new one (even if I uploaded the new).

So, I tried deleting the simfile and upload it again. Same thing happened.
Is there a way to fix this? I had to add an extra space after the title ("A Crazy Barber ") and it showed correctly... but I would like that, when I reupload the banner, to replace the old one and show the new one.

Erm, usually refreshing your browser works. It's cos the file name stays the same and the browser doesn't notice it's updated.

Yup, it worked! (weirdly enough, it didn't work correctly when I reuploaded it yesterday xD)

Hey guys. It seems like I am having some problem changing avatars.
I tried to replace the old one with a new one that is exactly 100x100 pixels, and it is only 4.61kb.

Is it just me, or is there something wrong?
Please do let me know if I happened to miss something.

Browser caching as always. Hit the Refresh button and it usually solves it.

Hey, for about a week, the site has been displaying me as online constantly, when I've not been.
It kind of bothers me, because if I check the online users list, it will show that the e-s-g account is doing what I am doing, even when I'm not logged in. I've checked the only other computer I could've used to log in, and I was logged out from my account there.

So I have no idea what is going on. Could it have to do with my browser?

It's not your browser, I re-glitched it so I can see if people are using multiple accounts from one IP.

How come for Screenshot 18 for Dancing Stage Universe 2 it shows a DSU1 screenshot?

OK deleted that. You can blame the idiots that put the DS U and DS U2 screenshots in one pack and just called it DS U2.

Hey, I noticed the DDR X song database went back to the old 1-10 scale and all the new songs simply have question marks again. I'm guessing it has something to do with the fact that you merged all the bemani categories together?

Were you looking at V4 of V5? The new scale is only implemented in V5.

EDIT: Nevermind, he's right, the V5 database has reverted to how it was in V4.

OK finally the site is back up...

As for the DDR X stuff, when I created the script to move all the data to their relevant database tables, I used the old DDR difficulties as there's only 2 games in the database that used the new X difficulties whereas the >60 others used the old ones.

OK, lengthy explaination about what's going on:

Do you know how some songs have different charts on the same song on a per game basis? The way it worked on the old database configuration meant, for every chart difference there was, I had to create another brand new song entry with all the song name, song artist and other information; this wastes space and it's harder to maintain as there's multiple song entries for just one song.

To model the chart differences and independent level settings on a per game basis, I had to split the DDR song record into the following parts:

Global Song Information
DDR Games
DDR Difficulties
DDR Charts

Doing it this way allows me to edit song information right down to chart details per game without creating duplicate entries.

Hello there...

I just tried to update my scores for US SuperNOVA 2 in the v5 score tracker. It is not saving the "Marvelous" judgments (i.e. the tracker reverts to 0 Marvelous). Therefore, the two scores I added/edited are now D grades. Please fix this soon so I can properly add my new scores.
