Despite the fact that Through the Fire and Flames did make it and still an evil track regardless of play style (no thanks to Expert+ Drums and maybe unforgiving vocals), Smash Hits is the one I'm looking forward to, especially now that I can play the best GH1 and GH2 tracks on drums, bass (for quickplay) and vocals. For those who don't know the setlist, here is a source of the songlist.

YYZ on Expert+ would be brilliant. Maybe I'll get it when it's cut price over here. Maybe.

I think it's nice with Beast And The Harlot being in there, along with Laid To Rest and Psychobilly Freakout, all as Master Recordings this time. It's just too bad that this game doesn't have Madhouse nor Institutionalized.
And when it comes to TTFAF, I actually like that song

I wouldn't say that, since almost all the songs from 1, 2, and 80s are massive hits. 3 was the only section I thought was weak.
Also, I didn't know Dragonforce had a bassist =O

I was hoping for Jordan to make it on this game, but oh well. I'm looking forward to getting this game.

Doubtful due to a few reasons - it was a bonus track, and it's instrumental. Then again, Satch Boogie from WT was instrumental. Anyways, why are people complaining about Raining Blood from GH3? Slayer was a great band in the late 80's-early 90's.

How can people complain about Raining Blood? It's like the anthem of hardcore metal.

YYZ's in, and that's an instrumental.
So this means if a vocalist did play in band play, there would only be freeforms in just about 90% of the track?

Great song, but its charts (even on EASY) gave me hand cramps. Note that I play on MEDIUM (except TTFAF, that stays on EASY).ポスト #14 · 2009-06-20 04:20:04amにポスト 15.4年前

I'll most likely be getting this although I would like to add that by 'came out the week' Dark Coz really means 'came out this week in the US', the game isn't out in Europe till the 26th. Please remember that we don't all live in Americaland!

Eventually Activision is going to deplete America's supply of popular music. Now, whether the music is actually GOOD is debatable, but soon enough they won't be able to acquire songs people like for reasonable prices. I anticipate two possible outcomes:
GH becomes primarily a niche title with a lot of underground musicians and some nice cover titles from the big boys of the media world.
Activision decides to give up on Guitar Hero and either moves to a different music sim or scraps the concept altogether.
What I don't like about GHRB is that it makes you think more with the frets than it does with the strings. I suppose, in that regard, Guitar Freaks is the same, but at least Konami implemented a timing system that forces you to learn how to count. Konami can burn in hell for all I care. It's too bad that the constitution doesn't prevent intellectual monopolies. Now everybody is scared to compete, so Konami starts whoring itself.
I love TTFAF. My record is 88% on expert. BTW, isn't V6 Blazing getting their own version? That'd be wicked to play it on DM drums

does it really matter?
anyway, i might pass on it, at least until it drops to like $30. i only play guitar, so unless i find some massively awesome recharts(like one in GHM) i wont get it. i WAS going to get it for the RARAN master track, but they used the dressed to kill master track instead of the ALIVE! master track which made the song boring to play(i FCed it on the freaking demo, and i cant play for crap without HS). the one song i was looking foreword to and they screwed it up.

Yes. I know because I was informed about V6's setlist. It only has the first couple of minutes in the track, I believe.
