You are able to choose which interface you want, between Mac and Vista, as well as customizable or uniquely made interfaces. There is a trial version (30-day limit) and a real version.

I think the website says the trial expires in 30 days. Still a great program and worth a look!

The problem with the program was that it slowed down my computer (after all, I chose something transparent). I prefer StyleXP over this, even if I have to put up with worthless recolors of the Luna (XP Default) interface on ThemeXP.org.
Although WindowBlinds is your only choice if you are running Windows Vista.
UPDATE 11-25, 2010: Statement invalidated. With a Vista laptop that's loads powerful than my old Celeron and 128 MB RAM, I have gotten rid of my being paranoid as to whether my pc would crash if something blinks. And Vista Glazz plus Longhorn Air is awesome.

I found a program on osx.portraitofakite.com or something that should hopefully soon have Vista compatibility.
