The FMA listing is for a Wii game based on the upcoming (or has it already aired?) 'remake' of the TV anime series. lol Pop'n Music will come out on the same day, such competition! ;)

And to top it all off, FMA brotherhood is currently airing in Japan (as well as some countries which have the Animax cable channel).

I feel so humiliated and embarrassed right now.

i think beat'n groovy was ok, it's just i find that some just felt off sync. that and the lack of DLC songs. the online mode is also dead with absolutely no one online
anyway, I hope they bring pop'n to the US with a descent amount of songs. though i'd rather beatmania coming back to the US more

Nope, as everyone else said, it's based on the remake TV series currently airing. The subtitle, from what I can read, 暁の王子 (Akatsuki no Ouji), means "Prince of Dawn". The game is set to be released August 13th.

From what KONAMI put on the front page, they said it will be a new music game. The product page states the game will be 1-4 players and will support Nintendo Wi-Fi.

IT'S GONNA HAVE DLC!!! Hot damn, this actually bodes VERY well for the next Wii DDR if they're doing that for this game. E3 can't come soon enough now!

Actually, I recall Mieya reporting during a NAOKI radio interview, he said that there may be new music games heading for America. Maybe this is one of them? They did copyright the name in America recently...

I think the Wii is a perfect platform for a "kiddie" styled game like Pop'n Music

...i wish i had a Wii DAMNIT! So many games coming out for different platforms >_<

(is hoping for a IIDX announcement at E3, but is highly unlikely to happen...or is it? )
