Ok. I've tried it and nothing happened. Are you sure that is the right code? Isn't Up,Up,Down,Down,Left.Right,Left,Right,B,A,Select, Start?

He means the enter key. On your keyboard. It's input entirely via keyboard.
A simple Bing (haha) search turns up detailed instructions...
I can't try now, but as mentioned below, it might not even work anymore.

I agree with kp. They must have gotten rid of it when they updated the site.
