The Pokémon Thread

It took me three attempts to beat the Elite Four using no items/o-powers and base evolution pokemon. The third Elite Four Member took out 1 one of my pokemon and the fourth member took out 2. I was left with 3 to fight against the champion and it boiled down to my Treecko against his Mega Metagross.

The real challenge, of course is beating the Elite Four a second time around with the same restrictions. Here's hoping I can clear the Delta Episode by Monday. Soft-resetting for a good Rayquaza sucks.

I'm sure that'll work about as well as throwing me off a boat to teach me how to swim. Besides, I've already broken the "only catch the first Pokémon in an area" rule about ten times.

Also, got a shiny Beldum in Mystery Gift. I know shiny is good, but is Beldum good? I want to know if this is equivalent to winning a nickel in the lottery.

So I dunno if its worth you while Howie. Now my question is how can you suck at this game, I find that impossible if not improbable?

I got a shiny Latios and a shiny Mudkip over Wonder Trade last night, but neither of them have the pentagon so they are probably genned.

Okay this is going to be a really dumb question where do I find the blue pentagon? Would it possibly be in the Pokemon's Summary?

Within the pokemon community, people would use the term "pseudo-legendary" to describe Metagross. It's crazy strong and it'll most likely win you a lot of your matches due to its typing.

Metagross is equivalent to winning first prize in the lottery, but not the grand prize.
