Before you say anything, i\'m not talking about all the removed songs in X (AC).
I\'m talking about songs that were on location tests, rumored to be in the game (or fake games), or are on the master lists.
Examples:
DDR 1stMIX- JUMP by BUS☆STOP
DDR 4thMIX PLUS- YOUR LOVE by FARGETTA
DDR EXTREME II- VOLARE (Latin Radio Mix) by CAPTAIN JACK
DDRMAX 3- MAX to the XXXimum by β

I know the cover of Livin Da Vida Loca (I think?) is included on the DDR 4th Mix data (music, steps, and banner/BG) but was never available for play.

Brilliantly, the box of Dancing Stage Fever PS2 has a pic of the BG from Groove Is In The Heart, with PS1 graphics, oddly. Yeah, it was probably in a beta. or something?

I once found banner and background art for TOTAL RECALL / ULTIMATE HEIGHTS inside the 3rd Mix arcade disc.
Oh yeah, at location tests for the 1st game, there was JUMP as previously mentioned on this thread and CAN'T TAKE MY EYES OFF YOU / BEAT BOX.

This is from memory, but one of the early PS2 releases of the Dancing Stage games had a song preview in the disc for DON'T CALL ME BABY / MADISON AVENUE and I want to say that there was a song preview for THE GROOVE IS IN THE HEART / DEEE-LITE but memory fails me. Sniffle!
The US PS2 release of EX 1 has song previews for CANDY (Riyu version), White Lovers and Sweet Sweet Love Magic

Rafronova over at DDR:uk ripped those files (YOUR LOVE, LIVIN LA VIDA LOCA) from 4thMIX PLUS and the 4 EuroMIX2 files as well. Here!Wow o-o thanks for all the responses everyone!

i remember ripping the music of my Extreme 2 disc and I found A Stupid Barber on it. i checked the data base here and it turns out it's not in the game! But if I can remember, i think it appeared in DS Max.
also when i ripped some of the sounds off Extreme 2 i found part of the announcer and one was for the DS Max title screen! i also found 2 full versions of songs.
when i ripped the sounds from SN2, i found the full version Star Gate Heaven (not sure which one).
and weirdly enough when I ripped the sounds from DDR X, i found the SuperNOVA 1 common menu loop! it puzzled me because it was also on the SuperNOVA 2 CD as well

For the above post, KONAMI often leaves in old samples and never removes them. The BYE BYE BABY BALLOON sample was on something like 4 games until they took it out, including US ones. It was the one used for the Dancemania ad.
The full version of Star Gate Heaven is on SuperNOVA because it is the Stellar Master Mode credits song.
Urban Train / Tiesto was licensed by KONAMI but never used. At least, the strong intention to license was put forth.
There were also banners for the following songs found on KOH's (now-defunct) website:
In My Dreams (Radio Edit) / Noemi
Crazy in Love / Beyonce
Get This Party Started / PINK

I believe the sample of A Stupid Barber appears for Lesson mode. Though I wouldn't be too sure since KKiONI didn't mention Try 2 Luv. U and Baby Baby Gimme Your Love, since they also use those songs for Lesson Mode.
