"Lyrics to Unreal, anyone?"
I thought I'd tell you about a new show I got into: Ghost Adventures.

It's made up of a crew of only three people: Zak Bagans, Nick Groff, and Aaron Goodwin. No camera crews follow them around, and it's only the three of them. They visit places that are some of the most haunted locations in the world, such as Bobby Mackey's Music World (US), and the Edinburgh Vaults (Scotland).
Once they arrive at the location, they interview various people about the location and gather as much information as they can before dusk. When dusk arrives, they arrange for a person to officially lock them in. (They call this a lockdown, and yes, they literally are padlocked inside for the entire night.

They capture as much evidence as they can, by walking around with nightvision cameras, and placing static nightvision cameras in the places of the location that have been said to have had the most paranormal activity. The crew also uses EMF (Electromagnetic Field) detectors and EVP (Electronic Voice Phenomenon) recorders. Many EVPs have been captured and it is quite scary, but interesting. It's quite a funny show because they're always swearing, and Aaron especially has the funniest faces because he's always the one that gets the most freaked out (I probably would be, too!)

Many previews for episodes are found on YouTube. Unfortunately, there used to be a user that had full episdoes, ptarmigan57. His/her videos were removed because of copyright violations, but at least commercials are still available.

Just thought I'd share that with you. If you want to watch it yourself, it's on every Friday night at 9:00 PM EST on the Travel Channel.

Last week's episode is at 8:00 PM EST, and this week's episode is on at 9:00 PM EST, and is repeated at 10:00 PM EST.

"As désenchantée as they come"
And they go to the Edinburgh Vaults, not Derby, the trufax paranormal capital of the UK. Tut tut tut.

They probably haven't heard of Derby being haunted yet. Like I said, I think the show's pretty new. It could also be that nobody's submitted the place to them yet.
