Since nobody else has even mentioned this game whatsoever, I've decided I'm gonna start a thread posting details about this newly released mobile game. Unlike the original DanceDanceRevolution Mobile, it has all-new songs for this version and not just polyphonic versions of the old songs. Here we go! I've just got it today, so I'll post details as soon as I get them.

-All songs appear to be one beat offsync...
-Ratings is from E to SS, S and SS being AA and AAA, respectively.
-On expert mode, you must play with the number keys but on basic and difficult you can use the d-pad.
-Freezes now must be released on-beat according to the freeze placement, similar to o2jam. Makes freezes a LOT harder.
-Jumps only occur in expert mode.
-Online mode, but nobody really uses it.
-Many songs have BPM changes.
-All songs are usual length, around 1:30, but are all polyphonic, kinda like ringtones. They're not bad. The stepcharts are good too.

How song unlocks work:
Songs are presented in "packs" where you get 6 songs in each pack. Once all unlocks are completed for the pack, you gain free access to the next pack. You download all the new songs and they replace the old ones. Therefore, you will only have 6 songs at a time but you can download any of your unlocked packs whenever you want for free.

Current Version: 1.14
Cost: $7.99

DANCE POWERS
This game has a set of "dance powers" you can use during the game by pressing "5." None are available at the start.

Pack 1: Dance Powers
SCREEN ERASER

Pack 2: Dance Powers
LANE ERASER, SCREEN ERASER, EASY STEPPER, AUTO STEPPER, SCORE 2X, SCORE 4X, LIFESAVER

Descriptions of each power: (copypasta)
Power 1: LANE ERASER:
Randomly eliminates two columns of arrows for a limited period of time. Ideal for situations that have a variety of arrow directions.

Power 2: SCREEN ERASER:
A very powerful weapon which eradicates all the on-screen arrows simultaneously. Helpful during more-challenging songs with a heavy stream.

Power 3: EASY STEPPER:
The Easy Stepper increases the "window" in which you can correctly press the appropriate step. Also useful if you're just getting started learning a new song.

Power 4: AUTO STEPPER:
The ultimate use of Dance Power puts the stepping on auto for a limited period of time. The Auto stepper also has a small chance of breaking up a combo so use it wisely.

Power 5: SCORE 2X:
Takes Dance Power and converts it into a 2X multiplier, temporarily doubling the points earned for each successful step.

Power 6: SCORE 4X:
Perfect if you want to increase your scoring potential by multiplying the the value of each step by four. Requires a lot of Dance Power, but pays off if you're going for score.

Power 7: LIFESAVER:
Increases the amount o0f life earned from successfully hitting arrows with the right timing. Perfect for beginners!

I have a feeling of obsession. I'm obsessed with DDR. I'm scared of who quotes me!

Oh god, that's so cheap. Hell, the whole idea of a mobile DDR is cheap and must force itself to be cheap.

"MAGGLE"
It's also been brought up in the tagalog-speaking threads, though I can't help but think, how do you install it?

Is it as simple as downloading a game? Does it run on most cellphone brands and models?

This newest venture of the DDR franchise is intriguing (remember tokimeki memorial?).

Thank you so much, Lord Toon!

yep, you have to go online and get it or use your phone to connect to whatever you use for your service provider to buy new games. I'm guessing it works with most phones, it downloads via your mobile connection I guess.
