Best DDR players you've seen.

Just wanted to make this after a recent trip down to an arcade w/ DDR SuperNOVA.

So, first guy. Very good person on singles. Passed Love Shine Heavy with an AA (only song I saw him play), went to Extra Stage (Healing D-Vision), failed at the whatever last part when the BPM speeds up.

Second guy. Was surprised he chose DOUBLES. And the fact...that he was so dang good at it...while bare foot (seriously.)! O_o; He couldn't get his freezes down very good, but if you can (barely) pass V (for Extreme) Oni doubles and MAX 300 Expert doubles while bare foot...I consider you REALLY good.

And I've seen various people pass MAX 300 expert here and there.

So, any people you saw playing DDR that was actually really good? (I mean like personally and stuff, not from like YouTube or anything like that.)

I remember watching this one guy play our Extreme machine one night. He had decent PA, but what really got my attention was when he played PSMO and got an A. Even though he broke combo a few times in the earlier parts of the song, I was shocked when he ran through the "death run" and only broke combo once.

I remember seeing this guy at the arcade playing V (for EXTREME) on backwards. I didn't know if he had Mirror on or not as this was way before I got into DDR.

But now, I don't see anybody that catches my attention - although I'll automatically praise anyone I see that plays Doubles as I'm the only one in my area that plays Doubles.

But the occasional Beginner gets my attention, regardless. Its nice to see people try a new game.

I'm (was? I haven't been there in a long time) the only regular here who doesn't have really good PA, so I never feel like praising anyone knowing they're all better than me.

Hmm.. I saw this guy and he was playing End of the Century HEAVY on doubles, and he set the speed to x8 and he played it back facing away from the screen. *drops jaw*

I've seen various people with amazing stamina (such as being able to PA songs after playing some boss songs), hands down to them man. My attempted PAs always screw up after I tried a boss song.

I remember someone passing max 300 (91%), exotic ethnic with 6 greats, and some 99% of 9 footers.....

but for the strongest barefooter, there is someone in Indonesia.....
He pass any songs with barefoot and stepping as hard as he can in every step (Flat footed)

I saw one player who played The Legend of Max Expert and got an AA having only 5 greats.
I also saw him AAAed Xepher challenge and AAed FAXX expert.

I've seen someone pass PSMO with an A. That disturbed me, because I was playing it on Heavy next to them and failed halfway through the deathrun.

Also (not DDR, but shut up), I've seen people play 20s on Nightmare on PIU. Oh dear, I can't even pass 16s on Crazy.

I seen someone played SO DEEP on Hidden, I think he sped it up to x6 I forget & AAA it

I cannot understand how can you play barefoot on the machines? I did it once & it hurt

I remember last year at my local arcade, some guy outta nowhere play MAXX UNLIMITED 1.5x Flat...NO BAR! I was drinking a bottle of soda while watching this, and once he was done and I saw his grade (AA, no FC), I spit my soda out in amazement. Haven't seen the guy since.

There's a guy who goes to my arcade once in a while with most of the AA and AAA scores on the SuperNova machine. He mostly plays ITG when I see him there. He can do most of the 11s and quite a few 12s. He's also got most of the high scores on that machine.

There are a couple other guys that are friends with him who can do similar stuff, but I've only seen them there once.

I saw a guy named Cory get about a 89.7% on Pandemonium Expert.
Then random people that got 99%'s on a lot of the 11's and 12's.

I've seen Omega playing on the Supernvoa 2 machine, he was really good, I challenged him, but he whooped me XD

Reflex plays occasionally at my local arcade. I guess you could call that good, except he rarely plays much now.
I saw him play PSMO on shuffle and clear it, and another time he AA'd it without shuffle. Crazy crazy crazy.
Though I (barely) beat his score on CHAOS (SuperNOVA dedicab), so there.

I've seen many people who were better than me play...

Last Friday i went to Busch Gardens Tampa and this guy was on the machine and he did pretty damn good on Expert, i forgot what songs he chose but he did a good run. I believe he had on Dark, 1.5x, and Hidden on.

I've also met Damien, BlueMystic, Zetorux, Videokyd, Brazoliange, maniac_stepper, and several others who have AAA'd many many songs on DDR, and also getting really high scores on ITG and PIU.
