The new DS-i

Has anyone heard the news? Nintendo has decided to make a new DS this one looks pretty cool to!

Nintendo has made some neat changes. What do you think of it? Are you getting it?
Me I think Nintendo has finally seen people want more than a portable gaming console. I'm definitely getting it Nintendo says it will be released November 1st at 18,900 yen (roughly $180 USD). They say the rest of the world won't see it until 2009 but it looks worth the wait

Funny how I just got a DS Lite hours before this came to my attention.

I think I'll stick with my DS Lite for now and wait until the hype subsides a bit.

I guess they didn't have it ready then. Also seeing how there is no planned Western release, i guess there wouldn't be that much point.

i'm interested in this, but i dunno if i would buy it just for the camera and music playback. i already have things to do that. and it lacks a GBA port, so i would have to swap which DS i use to play some games on, and ehhhhhhhhhhhh

i will admit though, it looks fancy, and i'm sure it IS fancy

Why is it that It's going to come out in Japan in November but we have to wait another 5 months for it?

I'm sticking with my fat DS, thanks. At least until my Sonic decal fades.

if it wasnt for GHOT, i would trade my DSLite for this and pick up a gameboy micro since they're cheaper now, but since i kinda need the GBA port for GHOT, have a camera and an iPod, and think the screen size is just fine, i'll stick with my DSLite.
